Lia is a highly motivated and strategic marketing and administrative professional with over six years of experience. She is recognized for her expertise in digital marketing, social media, and executive support. Lia holds two Bachelor of Science degrees and currently serves as the Marketing and Executive Assistant at What’s HR?, where she has significantly contributed to the company's growth. Her role involves assisting the company in various projects and expanding the client base on a national level. Lia's skills encompass project tracking, artistic vision and creativity, customer service, project management, data analysis, and online content.  She possesses industry knowledge and experience in education (Pre-K to 12), non-profit organizations, cosmetology, and consulting.

 

 

When she is not working, she enjoys working with leather, using her creativity and arranging floral bouquets.
